Will you cover my Early Termination Fee (ETF)?
If you connect your battery or EV after you enroll, we will credit you for up to $150 of your early termination fee with your current provider.
Within 60 days of starting service on a qualifying David Energy plan, send us an email at texas@davidenergy.com with the following attached:
- A copy of your bill from your old supplier that shows you were charged an early termination fee.
- The receipt for the payment you made to that supplier to pay the early termination fee.
As soon as we get the documentation, our team will verify it and then apply a bill credit equal to the value of your old supplier’s early termination fee up to $150.
Note: You will only be eligible for this early termination fee reimbursement one time. Customers must not have any past-due charges to be eligible for the credit to be applied.
