How do I switch from my current retail energy provider?
If you are currently under contract with a different retail provider, you may be charged an Early Termination Fee (ETF) if you leave your plan early. You should contact your current provider or view your terms of service agreement with them to see if you are subject to an ETF.
If you are switching, do not request a disconnection of service from your previous provider – this may result in an interruption in your power. When your service starts with David Energy, we will automatically switch you over and notify your previous provider of the switch.
